"Accessories didn’t fit my grill"
I bought these thinking they would fit my grill, but they ended up being the wrong size. Frustrating because it was basically money wasted, and now I’m stuck with accessories I can’t use. I’d really expect some kind of refund or compensation for this

"Helpful support, just took some patience"
Support did help me figure out the exact part I needed, which I really appreciated because I was unsure at first. The replies took longer than I expected, so it wasn’t the smoothest experience, but in the end I got the answer I needed. I guess it reminded me that sometimes getting the right help matters more than getting it instantly. Overall, not amazing, not bad, just okay...

"Grill just doesn’t cook right"
I really wanted this grill to work out, but... it just doesn’t cook evenly. The heat is all over the place, it flames up way too much, and somehow the burgers still ended up half raw in the middle.

Am I the only one this happened to? I ordered grill parts and what showed up wasn’t what I needed. I reached out to support hoping they’d help fix it, but it felt like they didn’t really care. Frustrating experience

"Never Heard Back, Kinda Ridiculous"
I emailed charbroil.com twice about an issue with a part nobody ever gave me a real response. I was just sitting around waiting for days like, come on. Their customer service straight up feels like nobody’s even checking the messages.

"Frustrating design choices that feel avoidable"
I really wanted to like this, but the design just gets in the way. The grease tray is awkward to deal with, the knobs feel cheap, and the gap in the lid makes it harder than it should be to control the heat. Most of it feels avoidable, which is what makes it so frustrating. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I only had it for a few months, and rust already started showing up. Because it rusted so quickly, it feels like the material or coating just didn’t hold up well

"Igniter has been a headache"
I bought a Char-Broil grill last summer, the igniter has been frustrating pretty much from the start. Some days it clicks right away like nothing’s wrong, and other days I’m just standing there pressing the button over and over. Isn’t the whole point of the igniter to make lighting the grill easy?
Once it’s finally lit, the grill cooks fine, so I can’t complain too much there. But having to keep a lighter nearby this often gets old fast. For a grill that’s not even that old, shouldn’t the starter last longer than this?

Checkout itself was straightforward and worked fine, but I had to go back and recheck the shipping details. It wasn’t a huge issue, though I did feel a little dismissed in the process, like it wasn’t really a concern

"Apparently I Needed a New Weekend Chore"
I thought I was getting something that would make grilling easier, but somehow it turned into a little maintenance hobby I never signed up for. I feel like I’m constantly cleaning parts, checking the burners, or dealing with grease buildup, because heaven forbid you miss one step. If you do, it gets messy quickly. I just wanted to throw some food on the grill and relax, not add another task to my weekend

"Warranty claim turned into a headache"
I filed a warranty claim it’s been frustrating. They kept asking me for more photos and details, and then I’d wait days without getting any real update. It kind of felt like they were hoping I’d just drop it, though maybe they’re just backed up or dealing with a lot. Either way, my grill is still not working and I’m worn out from chasing emails. I don’t think I’d buy Char-Broil again.

"Started falling apart way too soon"
I bought a Char-Broil grill thinking it would at least get me through a few good years, but after one season it’s already showing rust, the heat is uneven, and the igniter quit on me. I’ve kept it covered the whole time too, so it’s not like I just left it sitting out in the weather. Customer support didn’t really do much to help, and I got the feeling any real fix was going to come with some extra charge or hidden cost. For what I paid, I expected a lot better. I don’t see myself buying this brand again.

"Rough box, but the grill was fine"
My first thought when the box showed up was, “Uh oh,” because it was beat up. But I checked everything right away and the grill parts were all fine, so not a huge deal in the end

The warranty did help, but it took longer than I was expecting. I was a little frustrated at first, but to be fair, they did come through eventually, so I can’t complain too much.
"Grill arrived damaged and dirty"
so I ordered this grill from Char–Broil and was disappointed when it showed up. The box looked like it had been dragged around before it got to me, with crushed corners, loose tape, and dents on the side of the grill.
I was really looking forward to using it that weekend, but instead I ended up taking pictures and dealing with customer service. For something this expensive, I expected way better. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.

"Pricing feels unfair and full of loopholes"
I was ready to buy from Charbroil, but the prices just didn’t feel right for what you’re actually getting. I ended up finding similar grills and parts for less somewhere else, which made it feel like they’re charging extra just because they can. What bothers me more is how companies seem to use little policy loopholes to justify the higher cost or avoid matching better deals. It just left a bad taste, and I don’t see myself buying from them again.

I ordered this from charbroil.com and, it’s been a solid grill so far. It took me a couple of uses to figure out the temperature control, but once I got the hang of it, I was like, okay, this is actually easy. It definitely holds heat better than my old grill, which was one of the main things I was hoping for. Windy days can still be a little annoying, but I kind of expected that. Overall, I’m happy with it and would give it 4 stars

"Still can’t get it to heat evenly"
I’ve tried using this a bunch of times now, and the food just never cooks evenly. One side ends up burned while the other is still undercooked, even when I move things around or try smaller portions. I reached out to support, but it felt like they were blaming me for not using it right instead of helping figure out the issue. Frustrating overall

"Heat can be a bit inconsistent"
I’ve noticed the heat is kind of all over the place when I’m cooking, so some spots get done way faster than others. It can be frustrating, though to be fair, it still works okay if I keep an eye on things and move the food around
